About NikkamiAulaad:
NikkamiAulaad (nikkamiaulaad.com) is Dehradun's boldest and most creative brand ecosystem. We empower modern enterprises, creative startups, and cutting-edge streetwear/lifestyle brands to project their identities dynamically. We are now establishing an internal "Creative Studio" to craft high-impact branding, print publications, digital ads, and UX layouts for our digital ecosystem and our premium agency clients.
We are searching for a creative, visionary Graphic Designer based in Dehradun who can translate complex brand values into beautiful, premium, and scalable visual designs.
What You Will Create & Manage Daily:
• Brand Identities: Craft custom logos, typography rules, color palettes, and comprehensive brand books for newly onboarded high-tier clients.
• Digital Campaigns: Design high-converting ad creatives, social media banners, and carousel graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Display network.
• Print Media: Produce high-quality, print-ready catalog designs, brochures, business cards, and outdoor billboards (hoardings) for local campaigns.
• Portal Graphics: Collaborate with the web engineering team to construct premium UI icons, vector illustrations, mockups, and landing page visual assets.
• Asset Maintenance: Maintain a highly structured repository of creative assets, stock imagery, vector graphics, and brand templates.
Basic Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience as a graphic designer, agency designer, or visual brand creator.
• An exceptional visual portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, or PDF link) demonstrating layout precision, strong typography sense, and color harmony.
• Hands-on mastery over Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of Figma is a huge bonus.
• Creative thinking—ability to take a basic brief and generate multiple layout concepts independently.
• Bilingual proficiency (Hindi & English) to coordinate with corporate client managers.
Work Setup & Growth:
• This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our core Dehradun offices.
• You will have complete creative freedom and direct ownership of the visual language of top-tier campaigns shaping our brand's digital landscape.
